The main physical properties of spray lining are shrinkage rate, heat shrinkage rate, peel strength, washability, dry cleanness, permeability, stiffness, drape, wrinkle recovery, damaged by chlorine strength, yellowing strength, tailoring adhesion, permeability, moisture permeability, thermal conductivity, aging resistance and handfeel.
The quality of water-jet fusible interlining directly affects the quality and use value of clothing, so clothing has certain quality requirements for spray cloth. According to experience, the performance and quality of spray cloth shall meet the following requirements:
1. The water-jet fusible interlining and the fabric must be bonded firmly, and the peel strength must be achieved.
2. The size of water-jet fusible interlining after being washed and bonded by hot pressing shall be small.
3. After pressing and dry cleaning, the appearance color of water-jet fusible interlining should not change and not yellow. The surface of fabric and liner should be free of glue leakage, and good hand feel, elasticity and rigidity should be maintained.
4. The shrinkage of water-jet fusible interlining should be consistent with the fabric to ensure that after washing, the appearance of the clothing is flat, wrinkle free, not rolled, bubble free, non degumming, and often repeated washing, and its performance is unchanged.
5. The clothes bonded by water-jet fusible interlining and fabric shall have good air permeability, moisture permeability and permeability to ensure ventilation and air exchange, sweat and moisture can be smoothly exuded and comfortable to wear.
6. Water-jet fusible interlining can be pressed and bonded with fabric at low temperature, and will not damage the fabric and affect the clothing feel during pressing.
7. Water-jet fusible interlining should have good sewing and shearing property. When cutting, the blade should not be stained, the clothing piece should be cut close to not stick, the needle will slide freely at the sewing time, and the needle eye of the machine shall not be stained.
