Possible defects in the production of water jet interlining and remedial measures

Face to face problem

1. The fabric is thin and does not match with the water jet cloth --- the glue particles of the water jet cloth are too large and too dense (the water jet cloth can be used for replacement, usually in this case, the glue particles of the water jet cloth are sparse and small, but it is necessary to test whether the tensile force reaches the effect).

2. The fabric matches with the water jet cloth, but it is still over the surface --- adjust the pressing pressure, temperature and time (improper operation).

Over color problem

1. The color of the water jet cloth does not match the fabric itself --- the fabric is thin and does not match the color of the non bonded part of the body after bonding (select the color matching interlining)

2. When bonding, the color of some fabrics changes after high temperature and does not match the non bonding interlining parts (select the whole garment into the bonding machine)

Degumming problem

1. Quality problem of water spray cloth itself - coating quantity is not enough, time is too long, rubber particles have no adhesive effect (choose to replace water spray cloth)

2. Fabric and water jet cloth do not match --- replace the water jet cloth which is easy to adhere to the fabric

3.Bonding condition does not match --- test the required conditions for bonding and pressing firmly

Wrinkle problem

1. Improper operation during bonding, not placed flat, resulting in wrinkles, cutting pieces placed flat, not tied to avoid problems.

2. There is a big difference between the shrinkage of the fabric and the water jet cloth, so we should choose the one with the same shrinkage, change the texture of the fabric or the water jet cloth and adopt oblique cutting.

3. Coating machine equipment problems.

Blistering problem

1. Three factors of improper operation in bonding (mainly pressure, temperature and time)

2. Uneven coating of water spray cloth

3. The shrinkage difference between fabric and water jet fabric is too big

Change the texture of fabric or water jet cloth and adopt oblique cutting.
